Group Coaching sessions focus on functional movement performed at relatively high intensity. Our Invictus coaches will lead you through an hour-long session touching on all phases of fitness and recovery. Members are coached through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, the Workout of the Day, and various post-workout recovery techniques. All workouts can be scaled and modified to each athlete's ability level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
